RETURN POLICY
We strive to offer the highest quality products possible. We understand that sometimes life happens and the investment you made purchasing our products may no longer work for you. At TherapyIQ we try to be as flexible as possible. However there are a few guidelines to our return policy.
-Returns must be made within 30 days from original purchase date.
-Returns cannot be opened and used.
-Returns must be made in the original packaging or case.
-No returns on promotional items or sale items.
-Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returns.
-If the original purchase included free shipping, then buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
-Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
-Refunds usually take 5 - 10 business days from the time we receive the returned item to show up in your account.
WARRANTY POLICY
We offer a 5-year warranty on all massage guns and tens units.
The warranty covers all manufacturing defects. Including battery, nozzles head, channel ports, buttons and any other mechanical issues under normal use. This does not include consumable parts such as pads, wires, cables or usb-c cables. Warranty also does not cover accidental damages, such as damages to screen, charging ports, loss, theft or water damage. All warranty claims must be accompanied with a receipt with the original date of purchase. We will try to replace the warrantied item with the same model wherever possible or an equivalent. Shipping is free for all accepted warranty items.
